RETURN POLICY
All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER and must be packed in the product’s original packaging.
To obtain an RA number, contact customer service within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please have your Packing List number available for reference. We will gladly exchange the product or credit your account.
Electronics and business machines must be returned within 14 days of purchase. World Class Business Products will not accept returns of opened electronic equipment or software packages unless defective. Software and electronic equipment that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only.

Free Next Day Delivery Policy
All furniture orders are excluded from free next day delivery.
There is no guarantee that all items will be delivered next day. If an item is in stock world class will make every attempt to deliver the item the next day.
Price Match Guarantee Policy
The item must be identical. The manufacturer must be the same, it must have the same quantity in the package. No variations in specifications. If item is determined to be identical World Class will match the price at time of purchase. No rebates, coupons or special buys will be considered when calculating price match guarantee. No back dating of previously purchased items. World Class reserves the right to limited quantities on items matched. All price matching is done at the discretion of World Class Business Products
