RETURN POLICY

All returns require a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) NUMBER and must be packed in the product’s original packaging.

To obtain an RA number, contact customer service within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please have your Packing List number available for reference. We will gladly exchange the product or credit your account.

Electronics and business machines must be returned within 14 days of purchase. World Class Business Products will not accept returns of opened electronic equipment or software packages unless defective. Software and electronic equipment that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only.

This Privacy Statement was created in order to ensure the confidence of our valued visitors and customers ("Users") and to assure all users of this Site of the following - we do not reveal, share, sell, trade or rent any information about the users of this Site.

When placing an order, requesting a catalog, setting up an account and submitting e-mail, information is gathered.
